Rather than replacing your system of record, Tycan sits on top of it. It connects to ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics, syncing orders, inventory and master data both ways — so you get modern CRM and AI without a rip-and-replace migration.
AI that runs the work, not a chatbot on the side
More than 15 autonomous AI agents run under every module — lead scoring, pricing intelligence, order creation, purchase-order reading, live inventory checks, margin guardrails and delivery tracking. Our flagship micro solution, AI Order Management, reads a customer PO in any language, matches it to products and accounts, and drafts the sales order — cutting order handling from 15–30 minutes to just 3–5 minutes per order, up to 80% faster.
